The hotel offers two swimming pools, one of which is heated, perfect for enjoying a swim. the beautiful garden provides a pleasant atmosphere, and there are plenty of options for sports activities. the hotel also has a stunning view of the mountains and the beach, making it a great location for foreign tourists. the buffet-style meals offer a varied selection of food, allowing guests to enjoy a hassle-free dining experience.
Felt very lucky to have found this hotel, as there were no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing! enough parking places, a very nice swimming pool, comfortable rooms, outside bar with couches,... For people that don't rent a car: there is a bus stop next to the hotel. But keep in mind that there are not a lot of things you can reach by foot. (We stayed there in March)
The food was ok... but it could be better. (we had half pension)

The stay was lovely, recommend. Free parking, good meals, helpful staff. We loved to have evening drinks at Bbj's Bar, based nearby. There was a nice pool on site.

I had a very relaxing break at Grand Hotel Callao. The pools were lovely and there were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. I enjoyed the daytime activities and found the staff to be encouraging and friendly. The spa was a great place to unwind and the staff there were also very nice. I liked that I had the option to eat in or out and found the reception staff to be helpful. The hotel also provided a courtesy bus to Las Americas, which was convenient.

Pool and pool area attractive and food, though buffets do not generally inspire, was of a good standard.
I had requested a double bed and balcony but recieved 2 single beds and a terrace with path and people passing along in front of it which completely spoiled the visit - the vast amount of rooms had lovely balconies as the hotel info indicated. The hotel on your site also advertised Airport Shuttle. This was the reason I chose it due to my stay of only three nights. There was no shuttle. 60 euros spent on taxis therefore which I would have preferred to spend otherwise!

I liked the Hotel very much - I was only there one night so not really in a position to comment - this time.
I didn't like that the accommodation was way down the hill - it was a hard trek as both my wife and I are registered disabled - I have replacement knees and my wife has spinal problems after surgery. So I was glad we only had one night in the hotel.

the views were stunning and the rooms were spacious. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always seemed relaxed. the location was also perfect, with a short walk to the beach, local bars, and a supermarket.
cons: nothing at all ⭐️.

Attentive staff, beautiful garden, good facilities, meals slighty repetious after 4 days - but not the hotel's fault. A good place to stay and relax

The location is terrible. It is very far outside of the main beach locations of Tenerife, the one beach in the area is a 15 minuite walk away and is under construction! We paid for a half board but the food was aweful so we ate breakfast and went out to dinner every night rahter than eating at the hotel. There were flies in the dining room, the wait staff was completely unhelpful and responsive, the buffet food was disgusting, and the fruit offered for dessert looked like it was picked a month ago. The beds in the room were extremly uncomforatable and we returned from dinner one night to find a 1 inch cockroach in our room. g

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location on a hill provided breathtaking views of the mountains and the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The staff were always polite and helpful, making us feel welcomed and relaxed throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The hotel also had a spa and wellness centre, where we enjoyed the sauna and the outdoor swimming pool. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to our family.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family.

We didn't have a blanket when we arrived at the hotel and we couldn't get one as it was 11:00 pm so we got flu. The next morning there was a fried fly in the pan in the selfservice and nobody cared to change the pan and it was there for couple of hours. The staffs were so unhelpful and rude to the extent that the receptionist answered our complaint with "it's your problem!!!2. If you need to check your email or internet forget about this hotel as the internet is not working at all. The last poin is that do not expect a 4 star hotel as this hotel is at most 2 star. So why wasting your money?

Good location if you have a car, easy access to motorway. Lovely pool area, one heated. Food tasty and plentiful.
Although the beds were clean, they did not have mattress covers on, so the sheet went straight onto the mattress and didn't stay in place. We were on level 1 and the rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon, one day it was nearly 6pm.

If you're looking for a hotel in a quiet area, this site is nice! You can enjoy some beautiful views down that hill, and it's close to the village. the accommodations are spacious, and some even have a big terrace. the outdoor pools are great for a refreshing swim, and there are plenty of loungers.
The food is hit or miss - some days the selection is poor, and the quality is not up to expectations.

The landscaping and layout of the hotel.
Staff was not knowledgeable about the services in the town in which the hotel is located.

Nicely situated on a hill above the village, on a big ground with lawn and palm trees around. The view is great, the rooms are spacious and the terrace on the ground floor situated rooms is big.
With exception to one person I did not experience the staff as friendly, almost unprofessional. I had booked half board, but had to pay for the drinks to the dinner, even water. The hotel has a spa but there is a 15 Euro charge for entrance. I would not rate the hotel as a 4 star.
